Background of the Study

Information Technology (IT) infrastructure plays a pivotal role in the growth of e-commerce businesses by providing the necessary tools for online transactions, website functionality, data storage, and cybersecurity. A robust IT infrastructure supports operational efficiency, ensures data security, and enhances customer experience. However, the impact of IT infrastructure on e-commerce growth in online businesses in Katsina State has not been sufficiently examined (Olawale & Faruk, 2023).
